How do I make a withdrawal?

Three simple steps are all it takes to make a withdrawal from your customer account:

1. Tap on 👤and then ‘Withdraw money’.
2. Enter the desired amount and tap ‘Withdraw’.
3. The withdrawal amount will be credited to your bank, PostFinance or YAPEAL account stored at mycasino.

💡 Important:

• The account must be a Swiss account in your name. Checks required by law may extend the processing time.
• Do you still have an active bonus? No problem! To make the withdrawal, cancel it in the ‘Bonus’ area.

The processing times you can expect at mycasino are as follows:

• All banks: Mon–Fri by 4 pm = credited on same day; Fri from 4 pm/weekends/public holidays = credited on next working day
• PostFinance: Mon–Fri by 6 pm = credited on the same day
• YAPEAL: any time = credited immediately & in real time (24/7)
