Yes. You can easily download a detailed report of your deposits, withdrawals and other transactions.
Here’s how it works:
1. Go to your customer account:
- Log in to your mycasino account.
- Navigate to 👤, 'Profile', 'More tools' and scroll to the menu item 'Account statements for download'.
2. Create new report:
- Tap on 'Create report'.
- Select the desired language, start and end dates and tap 'Create report’
- The report is automatically generated as a PDF. During the creation process, you will see a pulsating red circle with the message 'Report is being created'.
3. Download:
- After a few minutes, the download icon will appear.
- Tap it to download your account statement.
💡 Note: The report includes an overview of:
- Your current account balance
- Transaction period with incoming and outgoing balances
- Gains, bets and net deposits
- A description of all financial transactions in your account
