First, check whether “Push notifications” are enabled in your profile. Tap the 👤 icon in the main menu, open Settings and go to Communication. 🔔🐰
Also make sure that notifications for the mycasino app are allowed in your smartphone settings.
If you still do not receive push notifications, check whether you have installed the latest version of the mycasino app.
