Gaming exclusions can only be lifted on written request. For this, the reasons for the suspension must no longer be valid.
You can request the lifting of the exclusion from the following time periods:
- Self-requested exclusion: an application can be made after three months at the earliest.
- Involuntary exclusion: this can be revoked at any time if the reasons for it no longer apply.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Written application: submit an application to have the exclusion lifted to the casino that imposed the exclusion.
- Evidence: you must prove that the reasons for imposing the gaming suspension are no longer valid. This is done by talking to a social concept employee and, if necessary, an external counselling service.

- Current extract from the debt collection register 📄
- Proof of income 💰
- Bank statement for the last three months🏦
- Proof of assets 💼
- Review: once the documents have been submitted, it will be checked whether the suspension can be lifted.
